EN-NOBLE is a cultural travel and storytelling company that brings global traditions to life through chef-led tastings, live cooking demonstrations, and thoughtfully curated food experiences rooted in authentic cultural narratives. We use food as a gateway to explore identity, migration, memory, and creativity while connecting people to artisans, and culinary traditions with care and respect. Guided by values of economic equity, sustainability, and cultural preservation, EN-NOBLE designs immersive experiences that foster meaningful connection, experiential learning, and social impact, transforming shared meals and cultural exchange into powerful tools for global understanding.
Meet the Founder

Topaz Smith is an expert in the Travel and Hospitality industry and the founder and CEO of EN-NOBLE, a company rooted in the belief that food, story, and shared experience can bridge worlds. Her upbringing in church and community spaces, combined with deep exposure to global cultures across New York City, cultivated a lifelong commitment to cultural literacy, equity, and connection.
Professionally, Topaz brings a multidisciplinary background in hospitality, tourism, policy, and international development, with experience spanning five continents. She began her career at a five-star hotel on the Amalfi Coast, known for its Michelin-level dining and world-class service, before contributing to United Nations initiatives and leading global multistakeholder projects across aerospace, aviation, travel, and tourism at the World Economic Forum. These experiences revealed the power of place-based storytelling and inspired her to create EN-NOBLE—a platform that centers global communities, sustains local economies, and positions food as a powerful entry point for global understanding. Through EN-NOBLE, Topaz continues to design immersive cultural experiences that honor heritage, foster dialogue, and invite people to see themselves and one another more fully through the shared language of food.
